As you may be aware The Met Office recently upgraded its cold weather alert to Level 3, stating that there was a 100 per cent probability of ''severe'' conditions across most of England this week (w/c 6/2/2012).

This kind of severe weather can lead to serious health problems. The chances of these problems are higher if you're vulnerable to cold-related illnesses because of one or more of the following:
